    Anyone using closed loops (encoders) on their stepper motors?

    Hi all, just trying to get some info on encoders and where to buy some? What type of extra boards will I need to use with them?

    You'll need control software that supports running steppers closed loop. Other than a MaxNC system, I don't know of any.

    Some said it will become the suplier for ISEL( not verified)
