    Post AutoCAD 2012 tutorial

Hey all, I searched around and couldn't find anything on the forum.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a spot I can get a good tutorial dvd or videos for AutoCAD 2012, or 2011 since it can't be too much different.

I've google and youtube searched and they're very broken up, unorganized, or incomplete and I want a solid full (beginner->intermediate->advance) tutorial or training video so I can fully immerse myself in this. I've seen a couple for like $100 for 8hrs, however I don't really believe 8 hrs is long enough so I want something more than that.

    Thanks for the help
    Alex

What do you want to do with it?
You can spend 8 hours a day for 5 years and not learn everything in AutoCAD.

Fwiw, tutorials from as far back as version 14 can still be very useful. Features rarely disappear from AutoCAD. With new releases, more features are added. The basics have been the same for the last 10+ years.
Imo, the majority of features added in the last 5 years are of little value to a beginner.

ultimately I want to be able to build an engine, however I know very little of AutoCAD design. Are there any tutorial vids you know of that can help me out?

    Thanks,

    Tutorials

These probably won't teach you a lot of the basics and fundamentals that you'll really need, though.

Actually, I just looked, and a lot of stuff is covered there.
