    AXIS DRIVE SIGNAL MISSING Alarm

We were in the middle of a cycle today and the machine stopped and we got an alarm message, "AXIS DRIVE SIGNAL MISSING". We have gotten a similar message in the past on start up but if we cleared the alarm we were able to proceed with the boot sequence and run the machine. This time, no luck.

We shut the machine down and started it up again and now we are getting an alarm message that says, "Axis Drives are not enabled". Is that a power supply issue? If yes is suspected, how do I check to make sure. I can read a volt meter but you will have to tell me in English where to stick the proby things.

What machine/control and axis drives do you have. You need to give us a little more info about the machine!!!!
