Baldor drive doesnt power up (Axis faults on cold start)

I am not getting any indication that the baldor drive is powering up on one of these mills 1993 3016 88hs and when I cold start it gives me a amplifier fault and this can be one of many of the 3 axis. I dont see any popped fuses, no breakers have been popped and all three cards have blinking red lights.

Their are 4 cards on the bottom with blinking lights and none of the three in the middle have any lights on...I believe it may be a power issue.

    Error reads

    "Spindle driver fault
    Position limit"

No fuses are blown and no popped breakers..

It appears that the baldor drive is not recieving power. Nothing comes up on the screen on the drive!

    Help!

Could I have a Voltage problem? All three legs tested out at 213V so I had the machines wired to 210...should I have gone to 230?

So we are up against K18 or K20 and we jumped 26 to 30 and the other jump to test for 4th axis plug or Estop button error and didnt get anything. Anyone else have this issue before? Seems like we have alot of silly problems with our little fadals (Stupid simple I am sure)

Have you tried running the spindle from the LOCAL setting on the Baldor? If it runs there then the issue is in the computer side not the drive side.
Next, at the spindle drive unit check pins 4 & 6 on the 6 pin Molex connector. This is the command signal from the Spindle controller card in slot 14 of the card cage. At max RPM the signal voltage would be 10 Volts.
