I believe most bearing designations are metric so it is likely 8mmX22mm which is a 608 bearing and is very common.
(I am now ducking to avoid the wrath of NCCams, who will beat me severely if this information is less than 105% accurate and complete)

Consistency is a good thing....unless you're consistently an idiot.
If it is 8mm x 22mm x 7mm, it is a 608 and yes, it is a very, very common small motor bearing.
HOWEVER, router bearings tend to be "specials" in that they are highly tested and/developed items.
That is, the seals, grease, grease fill and clearance are finely tuned to make a lowly 608 live in most electric motor applications. Generic 608's may work but they might not live as well as the OEM parts did.
I only beat people when/if they really deserve it. Otherwise, merely the fear of retribution usually suffices in keeping the troops in order....
yes i understund but the speed isn't very hight for the live of bearing.
Mhhhh i'm italian and my english is very bad!!!!
Your English is much better than our Italian!

anyone can send me the steel tube at a good price???
Can't you get pipe in Italy? You might have to modify the design to use a different size pipe but it seems easier to do that than to try to import a length of pipe or two.
