    Biesse rover calibration

I have a question on calibration for a Biesse Rover B. Spindle T1 is the Zero point I get that. I have calibrated that spindle for the front left origin which is #4. After that I checked my router spindle and made calibration on that. Then moved to origin 5, front right and calibrated the origin for accuracy there as well. I haven't done anything with the back two origins mainly because I don't have pins to place my part against. So now my question is calibrating the TH1 which is a horizontal boring head in the Y direction. As I measure the bored hole in the edge of the board it needs to move in the x (left to right) direction. I know how to get to the page to make adjustments and have done that. After calibrating on the left front origin (4) then I drill symmetrically on the right front origin 5 and the dimension is off about .010. So my question there is what to do next in an effort correct that. It seems if I change the distance in either the x or w direction for the origin then the router spindle will also be affected which would be a problem.
    Thanks,
    Tom

    Re: Biesse rover calibration

Would you be able to elaborate on how you make changes to the electrospindel Zero?

The only guy in my area that works on old Biesse machines is retierd, and thus super expencive to hire in...
