I am trying to set up a brushed HRT on a 2008 TM1. The rotary is connected up to the machine via a Haas brushless to brush converter box. When I go to home, the machine it faults out on error 142 A motor Z fault.

When I set Parameter “Z CH ONLY” to 1 The servo homes as expected, however It appears to home to the Z Chanel of t be encoder and not the Sensor inside the rotary.

Alternatively If I set “Z CH ONLY” to 0 and “Disable Z T” to 1 The rotary appears to home to the home position. Maybe this is correct?

Any guidance on what the parameters are supposed to be when using the converter box with a brushed rotary?
