Cable for Fanuc Control to a 16 port Rocket Port

I need to connect mutiple Fanuc Controls CNC machines to a 16port RocketPort, if I connect the 25pin connector to the cnc and the 9pin to the computer directly I can move data back and forth, plugging the 25pin cnc machine into the 25pin rocketport does not function, My rs232 tester shows different lights for the rocketPort, is there a pinout or special cable I need to use to make this function correctly? Any help would be appreciated.

    A 25-25 cable crosses pins 2 and 3, a 9-25 cable doesn't.
