This is not a motor, it is only a stator. You need rest of it, -rotor, chasis, and driver.

You can use it for a cooling fan, or spindle if it'S BIG ENOUGH.

I don't think you can they are used in printers and other devices that don't require precision stepping they are very low torque high rpm units using special BLDC drives sensing rotor position from hall effect sensors it might be possible to use one for a low torque spindle drive for some thing like an engraver .
