Caps for screw on linear rail

Is there a 1 stop source for the plastic caps to seal the counterbores for the screws in profiled linear rail anywhere?

Is that an item one would have to return to the individual rail manufacturer?

    Millman-

Where I work at, we use modeling clay. That way if you need to, you can just dig it out. The best part is that it is cheap. The brand we use is called--Leon

Is it the type that sets. Then if you dig it out it kind of dust to granular? Or is it the non hardening type

I just bought some from automation4less for my Hiwin 20 & 25mm rail. Here's the part numbers and prices.

    25mm rail caps (6mm holes), 950004C1, $0.40/ea
    20mm rail caps (5mm holes), 950003C1, $0.28/ea

    Copied from pg. 28: http://www.automation4less.com/pdfs/hiwinaglg.pdf

    Caps for rail mounting holes:
The caps are used to cover the mounting holes to prevent chips or other foreign matters from entering the holes.

Here is a pic I found in the sick belt reductions forum.
Whos table is this? ( Scott Andraschkos I think)
Where did he buy the plugs, or make them?

    Smile I'm pretty sure . . .

I'm pretty sure that table was built by PlasmaRoute out of OK . . . .

    Those caps came from the mfgr of the rail . . . i.e. . . HIWIN . . .

Yes, at least according to the slick belt reduction thread it is a PlasmaRoute table.

Can someone that has a unmounted piece of Hiwin rail & bearing take a look at the underside of the bearing while on the rail. Please tell me if the wiper seals contact the rail not only on the ends but along the length of the bearing?
