Is there a 1 stop source for the plastic caps to seal the counterbores for the screws in profiled linear rail anywhere?
Is that an item one would have to return to the individual rail manufacturer?

Where I work at, we use modeling clay. That way if you need to, you can just dig it out. The best part is that it is cheap. The brand we use is called--Leon

it developes a crust on it, but it digs out easy with a small screwdriver.

Here is a pic I found in the sick belt reductions forum.millman52 Is there a 1 stop source for the plastic caps to seal the counterbores for the screws in profiled linear rail anywhere?

Whos table is this? ( Scott Andraschkos I think)
Where did he buy the plugs, or make them?
Yes, at least according to the slick belt reduction thread it is a PlasmaRoute table.
Can someone that has a unmounted piece of Hiwin rail & bearing take a look at the underside of the bearing while on the rail. Please tell me if the wiper seals contact the rail not only on the ends but along the length of the bearing?
