    chamfer with a fade out.

    I'm trying to accomplish a 45 degree chamfer that starts at say .5 inches, and follows a contour to 0.0 inches (probably 0.001 because solidworks hates 0 geometry). any tips?

    This should help.

    I hope you have 2007 - SW doesn't allow saving to a backdated version.

    This is not a zip file - rename to .sldprt to use.

    I must say, that is pretty sweeet Darebee, I don't get to use loft functions in my day job [too much] so I'm not sure if I woulda thought of that..
