I'm trying to accomplish a 45 degree chamfer that starts at say .5 inches, and follows a contour to 0.0 inches (probably 0.001 because solidworks hates 0 geometry). any tips?

I hope you have 2007 - SW doesn't allow saving to a backdated version.
