    Chip Control - Table Gaurds

Hi all. Been meaning to post these JPEGs on my table guard set up.

I have extended the front to accomodate my vises completely. I worried about swarf/and contaminated coolant migration on to Y screw/nut (which is directly below the front and rear bellows cover) so I use a removeble rear panel in my table guard which I have found can stay in 95% of the time. This really keeps most of the coolant and swarf off the covers. The extended front changes keep the front covers dry and clean also.
