    Post Cincinnati lancer 1250 power up

    when i push the power button the second time to start up the drives it will stay on as long as i hold the button in i have already checked my door censers
    and the axes drivers what could it be

    Over travel?

    The limit switches are the most likely cause. If any of the axes are near their limits move them toward the center of the axis travel and try again. If it still drops out right away, check to see if any of the limit switches are physically stuck down. They are notorious for getting stuck, and need to be cleaned from time to time to ensure they will release after being hit.

    i jumped all the over travel in still the same

    ok i had already moved it i also reference it while i was holding the button
