hello members,

While machining an oval or round pocket, the final shape isn't coming out perfectly. Specifically, there are small nicks at the top and bottom, and the curves are not smooth. Instead, the top and bottom sections have some straight cuts.

This rotary table was newly installed, and parameters, including backlash, were tuned to meet the requirements. During the technician's visit, some parameters were adjusted, and test cuts were performed, which appeared to resolve the issue at that time.

However, a few days later, when running the same program, the same profile issue reappeared, despite the previous adjustments to parameters and backlash.

Does anyone have insights into what might be causing this issue? Could it be a problem with the rotary table itself, or is there an issue with the machine?

I am attaching the pictures of the cut profile.
