    CNC lathe: Run-out problem

    Check this video first:
    1 Pictures, 1 Images, 1 Photos, 1 Videos - Video - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

    And then this:
    2 Pictures, 2 Images, 2 Photos, 2 Videos - Video - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

    Why material in collet run out ? Where is the problem ?
    Bad collet ?

    Please give me any advice for that.

    Is it a problem because of too small collet presure ?

    Edit:

    Im searching forum for some info and i found this:

    300 - 500 psi sounds about right,

    Remember those times when would use lot less on thin walled bored parts

    and of course never, never , close a collet without part in it at 300 psi,

    been there done that , wrote the check for new one,
