CNC mill on the way, where to begin?

With the Novakon 135 (KX3) mill on its way to our shop, how do we get started?

The mill has been ordered with a fourth axes rotary table, coolant system, and the Novakon CD100 controller which consists of 4 G203's.
We have our dedicated computers set up, and I'm sure that the physical setup of the the machine will go well, but where do we go from there?

To put it simply, how do we begin cutting?

The machine comes with Mach3 and Bob CAD/CAM. We have tooling. I just don't know where to start on the programing/tool setup side of the system. I have the Tormach QC tool set ready to go so that should help simplify some things.

Is there a good thread, book, etc. that I should be reading?

    Thanks for all the help.

You wanna move to the Software forum here.
You can manually write some G-code to command the mill, but CAD/CAM packages will show the true power of the process.
