    Lightbulb cnc projects

I am looking for ideas for stuff that can be made on a cnc router. Looking at building a cnc router that I can mount a plasma on later on. But I need some ideas for stuff to make to offset the cost some.Just trying to justify it to the wife. I was thinking about a 36in x 48in table. Is that to big to keep a decent tolerance on?

hehe.. I find this funny. Having to justify to the wife.

I know how ya feel.. Course I'm pretty sure all my tools have paid or paid and then some...

but do feel I don't have enough work to keep my 4x8' machine busy..hehe

With that size you could tell here you going to make new kitchen cabinets and doors. House signs are pretty much a normal. Homedepot sell theirs for 80-100 dollars. Make yours really nice and believe me the neighbors will start coming. You can also make some nice open house signs and sell them to local Realtors. Custom PC windows out of plexiglass. Custom car stereo sub box. The list could go on forever.

The real question is what do you want it for?
