    connect stepper driver to cnc

Hello, I am retrofitting an old LVD pressbrake 1966 to modern cnc.
I have a new ESTUN E21 controller for pressbrakes. Problem is how to connect a standard stepper driver DM860A to the ESTUN controller. In the manual i read the output for stepper motor has the following output pins: X axis low and hight speed forward and reverse. these are 4 connector pins.
On the DM860A stepper driver i need these inputs: PUL+, PUL-, DIR+, DIR-
HOW do i connect these togheter ? I have NO PUL output on the controller ?
    please help, Bart
