Looking for someone to convert 3D scans(organic shape, compound curves, sweeps, etc) .stl files to precise 2D .dwg files. If you do or know someone that can please have them contact me thanks.

What do you mean by "convert"? What will you be using the drawings for? Is the idea just to throw out the 3d information? Probably the best way to do this is simply to trace over a screenshot bitmap with a vector curve tool. Lots of programs will let you do that; Rhino is one. You can zoom in and adjust the curves after making them, so you can get them as precise as you need. But the thing about a 3d object is that there's an infinite number of 2d drawings that can be made from each one; change the angle of view just a fraction, and you've got a whole new drawing to make.
