Question Converting a Brothers TC-225 to use Mach 3

I am looking into converting a Brother TC-225 CNC Tapping Center to use Mach 3 as it's controller rather than the current un-user friendly controls. The reason for this is to make it easier on my programmers, and also in a year or so we are donating the machines to a Regional Tech School, and know that Mach 3 will work far better than it's current controls.

Has anyone converted a Brother CNC machine to use Mach 1 or 2 or 3?
Can someone lend me some advice on how to start this project, what I may need, and what to look for?

The motors are Sanyo Denki Servos and incoming electricity is a 208V 3-phase.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Dan B.
