    cpu-doa

    I have v19, my computer in shop is about to leave town. When it is turned on it runs with gray screen an says "safe mode". Is there some way to move all of bobcad on too another new one without losing the code that makes it run?

    Moving BobCAD to a new computer

    It sounds like you have a license to run one copy of BobCAD. They don't care what computer it is running on.

    Download the install the newest version of V19 on the new computer. BobCAD Updates

    Call BobCAD at 877.262.2231 and tell them you are moving your copy from an old computer to a new computer and need a new code word. They will ask a couple of questions and give you a new code.

    Remove BobCAD from the computer that is leaving your shop. If you don't...shame on you.
