Im really struggling here with this controller and the E-stop ive tried so many combinations to get it working


I have everything else all working with it But the estop!

Ive even got all 6 x Proximity sensors all wired and working great

YET A simple eSTOP 2-wire i just cant get it working

In Mach3 it just keeps flashing RESET

Its definitely in the correct input pin on the CSMIO/IP-M is a 4-axis motion controller which is PIN 7 and in mach3 its PIN 6

But no matter where i put the 2nd wire Neutral or Live 24v, Ground etc its not working ive emailed CS-LAB But last question i asked them took a week for a reply

Ive went through all there diagrams and its hard to see where the wire goes and read other posts in forums and tried that also putting the 2nd wire to the (neutral on the pin 2 on the power into the board)

On the Diagnostics in MACH3 Th estop does illuminate but i can never reset it it just stays flasging RESEST and illuminates stays on in the diagnostics!

Does anyone know for sure? where the two x wires should go on the CSMIO/IP-M is a 4-axis motion controller board?
