Typically to transmit the data after it has been programmed by software to a CNC machine, we need to have a computer and a tranfer adapter to connects directly (if connected via parallel port) with CNC machines .

DNC Transfer Device is to transmit data to the CNC after being programmed. The inputs of this device is the USB port, Ethernet port or SD Card, we will copy the data after programmed into USB, memory card, (or transmit directly via Ethernet port) and plug in device DNC. The output of this decive is a RS232 port or parallel port, we need to supply power to devices through a adapter or take power directly from the CNC machine via RS232 cable or parallel cable

Read data from USB or devices memory then transfer to CNC machine via port RS232, this one is easy to use and cheap. Like the 1st one but it can read data via Lan connection (RJ 45 Port), using tools Hp TFTP to control.
Like the 2nd one but it can read data via wifi.
Advantages of Transfer data via network:

  • Remotely: Because it can connect directly via wifi, you may not need to direct handle it, you can control the device from a long distances, as long as it connect to wifi, you can perform tasks such as running the file, copy, delete, create folder on our software (Hp TFTP)

  • Sercurity: It lock USB port, does not allow retrieving data out, so when the operator control software used to run the file to transfer to the CNC machine, staff will not know which is unable to copy files and out, so will security information
