    Doosan 2000sy work ejection

    Hello Guys

Im running a long shaft job that will get transfer to the sub. Down in the draw tube of the Sub there is the work ejection which is only 5 inch's deep. The shaft I would like to transfer needs to go 7 inch's deep into the draw tube on the Sub side.
So the question is, can the work ejection be moved back or removed from the Sub spindle draw tube easily?? Also I know that the work ejection will do its funtion with M116 (the M116 will make it cycle), can anyone tell me the M code to just make it move to the extented position. I have seen it in the extended position before.

Thanks for any of your help Guys

I think this .pdf applies to your vintage.

The Work Ejector can be removed, but I'm not sure it's what you'd call "easily".

Maybe by removing the tip you'll have the length you need.
