Hi i need to mill dovetail mail and female in 4140 steel. I got cutter (see on picture) 2.5" diameter and box of inserts.
What feed and speed should I use? How can I use box inserts information to calculated it? What approach I should take ? Do it with contour cut wit multi pass approach or rather step down or both? Any help appreciated. Thank you.Attachment 441550Attachment 441552
