I see lots of people are using water tables on their machine - what's wrong with having a big munty fan underneath sucking all the bad stuff out instead? I'm looking at this because I'm looking at building a hybrid table with a plasma and a laser head on it. The laser puts out bad fumes when cutting things like plastic and the plasma puts out worse fumes when cutting things like stainless. I'm not sure a water table would help much with a plasma cutting stainless. (The ozone generated by the air in the plasma arc reacts with the vaporising chromium and forms chromium 6 - remember the chemical Erin Brockovich fought against) much of that gas still bubbles back out of the water table and into yr lungs. I have no experience with either so would like to hear from someone who has. Before I build my table - thanks
