Hello, Im looking for someone able to make some simple drilling guides, for drilling out exhaust studs on a motorbike..


It would be a small bar of steel/aluminuim (preferably GFS) with a 3mm through hole, enlarged to 8mm.
Then a second hole about 70mm apart, 8mm through (sits over existing stud).

I will measure this more accuratly later



This should avoid me needing to remove engine, so Im willing to pay well.
