Question dumpster CNC product question.. Please answer if you can

I'm replacing the old all tread 1/2 12TPI . with a lead screw ACME most likely will order today or before the weekend. I will also be changing to VXB bearings. The bearings are on order 20MM linear bearing on open sliding units / with support rails for all 3 axis

a little advice please, I would love to have your input
use the bronze screw and flangs?
use the Anti-backlash Leadnuts from DumpsterCNC?
use the Flange Nuts from DumpsterCNC?

the 3 new screws (x,y,z) will be .250 Turns per inch or .500 turns not sure yet which to order

Mill cuts mostly plastics, uhmw, delrin
425 or 495 oz stepper not sure which.

    Thank you in advance

Is this a metal cutting mill, or a router? Do you have a pic of the machine?
