    dust collection system under spindle

I am trying to come up with a system where I do not have to use wands to blow off parts on tables. I want system where there is a curtain of air blowing down on the material kind of like a push system that will automatically push the dust up in the sunction system. Any ideas or is there anything on the market?

Depending on your process, (routing, plasma cutting, drilling, milling...) placement of your vacuum pickup is critical. One way to help direct particles into your pickup hood is to use your exhaust from the dust collection system to create a flow across your cutting tool into the collection hood. If you send me a pic, I can help you come up with something.
