I would recommend extending the two box tubes under the X axis rails out to the end of the rails. The cost is negligible and it doesn't leave the rails dangling unsupported. I would also recommend moving the leg assembly out to the end of the rails.

Using just one bolt per side on your gantry will probably result in your gantry dipping back and forward. You could solve this by adding a cross beam underneath. With the drive screws, shouldn't you use 2 nuts to help fight backlash? The they are now I only think they could drive an axis in one direction.
I really digging on how you have your cutting tool mounted.
