Afternoon all, having an electrical issue with and Edge Patriot bar feeder, hopefully this in the correct spot to post this. The feeder is attached to a Hanwha Swiss machine. It has 3 e-stops across the 2 machines (1 on the swiss and 2 on the bar feeder). The e-stop on the swiss works like it should. It sends a signal to the bar feeder and it stops and gets the notification on the touch screen, like it should. The e-stop on the pendant will activate the relay but I don't get the signal to the touch screen. The e-stop on the touch screen does not work at all. I disconnected the e-stop on the touch screen and it tested fine, I can also see the 24v shutting off and on at the relay board. I replaced the relay board per Edge Technologies and I still have the same results. I feel like I got ghosted by Edge after swapping the relay board and told them nothing changed, so I now turn to you folks for assistance. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

Since you've replaced the relay board, ensure that the new board is configured correctly. Sometimes, there may be jumper settings or configuration parameters that need to be set. Verify that the relay is functioning as intended when the E-stop is activated.
