I think I am missing something simple.

I have a rotary table bolted to my xy. I would like to center the rotary table under the Z, then move X units (radius), drill, turn the table 10 degrees, drill, repeat n number of times to end up with a circular pattern of holes with the given radius. When I write the G-code to do this the center of the rotary table remains within the z-axis on EMC2's backplot. Am I mis-setting the coordinate world? If any one has a sample G-code file they can pass on I can probably figure out what I am missing.
