I have set up a new computer using USB port an UC100 cable. It all works but am receiving a Error "PWM" bumped to minimum. I have no idea about this. How to resolve??

You can configure the minimum speed for your spindle. (Config - Ports and pins - Spindle setup - minimum PWM).
If a program (or an MDI command) starts the spindle at a speed slower than the minimum, Mach3 bumps PWM duty cycle to the minimum value and gives you this warning.
I have a 4x8 Firm cnc router with a OFY 1-100-2683 KW 220v 10A 400HZ 24000rpm spindle.
It will not start. The program will run the xyz and stop normaly.
I see 1% PWM in the settings. It appears the program is running fine and completes with no warnings.
The Fuling inverter DZB series reads H 00 and the stop light is on. Does this tell me I may have a board problem
or loose wire somewhere? Any suggestions
If the Stop light is on, the inverter is not receiving the Run command. It could be a problem with the board, a loose wire, wrong Mach3 config, wrong inverter settings... Take a voltmeter and start looking for the problem, there is no way around it.
