Fanuc 11m Ram Parity Error / Adress Error

Hi, I know three was many threads about it, but i think my problem is another.

Matsura MC600h. When I turn the machine on, she's working 30s to 1 minute and then display Ram Parity Error. When I turn she again is displayed Adress Error or IPL menu.

Should I clear memory or the problem is in voltage 24DC? What signals should been on ALC & ALD connectors?

    Sorry for my English.
    Best regards

Make sure you have a complete back first.
Check all voltages when the problem occurs: 5V. +-15V, 24V
If you have a ROM/RAM board, it is the likely culprit, but you can't rule out the main board.

Thanks for your answer. Voltages on Master PCB are correct, but I don't know what voltages should be on Alc & Ald Pins on I/O Board. In mine machine they have 22Volts but I don't know if it has any effect. I have backup of the parameters. I'm a little scared clear memory ????
