I don't know but it seems PLC error.

one of the I/O device is offline,maybe a fuse blown on the device,possible you have a short somewhere on the wires

Check the position of the axes when the alarm appears. It could be an intermittent short circuit . This is why the alarm PC050 IOLINK ER1 CH1:GR00:03 appears. If it happens even when the machine is not running, probably a bad PSU in the PLC rack.

I shutdown the machine and ON again after that the alarm PC050 IOLINK ER1 CH1:GR00:03 not appear anymore (like normal booting) but alarm display in the following

OT alarm
Turret alarm
Emergency alarm

I checked X input on the io status all the bits 0 that means the io not working.
