    FANUC ROBOCUT ALPHA. Setting positions after manual verticality adjustment

    i have followed the steps from the FANUC Robocut Alpha-iA series maintenance manual section 2.2.2 in order to square my head. Following the steps i have adjusted the verticality manually so that both lights of the jig appear on and off in MED 1. The issue I am having is setting the absolute position to U0 and V0. Currently i cannot thread wire as the machine thinks the head isn't square. The manual looks like it only refers to setting the absolute figures following automatic adjustment, these steps don't seem to be working the same for manual adjustment. Thank you in advance your help is much appreciated.

    Is the led on vert button on?
    If it isn't the vertical procedure is not finished properly.
