I have the notion that the two different 10S type motors, behave differently when connected to some types of the A06B-6058-H*** type amplifiers.

Let me know when you are able to get numbers.

Also what is your input unit, A14B-0076-B001? Make sure the E-Stop (T4) is connected.

Incidentally, what cables are there from the control card to the amplifiers? CN1 goes to the card. There are check pins (~17 of them) and status LED's on the top board(s) but there is a pair of setting jumpers one near connector CN1 and the other near the Green LED. My A06B-6058-H005 has a A20B-1003-0090/04A top board so yours should be similar. I don't have documentation on the setting of these switch, but Document GFZ-65002E or GFZ-B65005E should have it. I don't know if there is a two axes version of the top board but I am looking at the connection manual and maintenance manuals for the control.

I have never noticed that the control lines are that extremely noisey.

Incidentally also what HC alarm did you get?

Seems to me it should be ok if you got the drive(s) back and still had the same error.

Do you have I/O and/or a operator panel connection unit?

I am not that familiar with all configurations of the D1 control of the Series 15.

If I am also right there is a bunch of check pins for the power on one of the Base0, 1 or 2 boards.
