    G320 Fault & Mach3

On some occasions, and I plan to address the cooling issue which I think is faulting the gecko, my drive will fault and stop the servos. However, Mach 3 keeps on doing its thing thinking everything is ok.

Is there a setting for this, to stop the gcode? I just read a good portion of the Mach3 manual, and didn't see it. My limit switches work fine and stop Mach3.

If I get a fault, I want everything to stop. Makes it easier to figure out where I am in the gcode cycle too!

    Thanks in advance.

You need a circuit to provide Mach with the fault signal from the Gecko's. I think there used to be one here somewhere, but I couldn't find it. I did find this, though.

Thanks for the link, think I will buy one.

Hint, anyone building a control box for Geckos should incorporate the items mentioned in that thread.

HUGE difference in troubleshooting, and basic safety.

I like it, and most likely worth every penny.
