    Unhappy GDtool Communication Problems

    I have recently got my hands on a VSD-E card and flashed it to the dual DC firmware. I can connect and alter drive settings using the DCtool software, but I get "communication error" fault when trying to talk to the drive using the GDtool software.

    I'm connecting to the "SPI" port (6 pin header) using an FTDI based USB to UART bridge, which is what is required from what I understand, considering I was able to flash the drive and use DCtool. What am I doing wrong?
