Hello,

I have a question about the touch probe,
iTNC530
machine brand YCM, Nsv and other type.

here is the problem, we have recently stated too lock the guard doors and the operator cant use the probe with doors open.

but one machine can do this ( Matec).
so i was thinking, is this some way to fix this

with the security still working as it sopouse to .

check the PLC status in the tool table (set of the 0 and 1 numbers for each tool) the difference may be there or in the MP's, but i'm not sure which one is it.

we did check and it was the same in all machines ?

Find the related CNC parameter of the door guard sensor, try to disable by changing the parameter, or just disable the door guard sensor itself.

well its easy to cutout the guard door but we will not go back to that

thats what we have been doing for many years and its ilegal hehehe.
trying to do the right thing here
