Just got aluminium sheet ,aluminium profile and bought table , power drill , ruler and red pen. I'll use pen and ruler to mark point where to drill and/or tap and draw a circle with same drill size to help me avoid any mistake.

If you want to drill a hole in a exact location you need to use a center punch.

After got aluminium sheet and aluminium profile , Now i need to mark drill point ,detail of drill size (Imperial drill) and taps size all of aluminium sheet with my printout specification. It will take time to make it accuracy in every mm and every drill point need to recheck again to avoid any error.

    A little update

Any word that it not correct or make you confuse , any advices are welcome because my English is not good.

You write better than most folks that have lived in an English speaking country all their lives....

Then again the American education system isn't what it used to be.....

I look forward to your progress and I will try to follow along even through English is my second language....Texan is my first...
