I was in the middle of touching off tools and was trying to que up the correct tool number but was unaware I was in the wrong mode, I'm not even sure where I was at this point but it was the correct screen. I happened to look down and saw the Z position numbers scrolling up and the z axis wasn't moving, just the numbers on the screen. Since I wasn't sure what happened I just rebooted the control and homed the machine. I expected the Z position to read zero, but it read 0.3320 so I checked the offset of a few tools and the readouts were correct.

So it looks like I didn't change any settings but I'm still curious why it reads 0.3320 with the machine in the home position?

hmm, is your column at the machine zero location (the toolchange height) or is it at the highest point of its travel? That should be a bit higher than the toolchange position. (mine is like Z0.29xx)

That readout on the offsets page should be the machine coordinate, same as the machine coordinate displayed on your "position" page. What value do you get on the posit page?
