    Haas Indexer hrt610

Is there a way to controll the feed rate when A turns? Right now it just goes off the rapid of the machine?

    Thanks

There is a parameter in the settings (#34) where you input the diameter of the stock. This can be anything you like, but from it, the control will compute the feedrate based on the circumferential distance at that diameter, whenever a pure G01 A command is given. Otherwise, with an XA or ZA or YA interpolated movement, the linear feedrate is "boss" and will control the duration of the movement.

In this manner, ordinary linear Feedrate commands will work with A feed movements.
First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.
