    I knew it was something real stupid I was doing. Had the switching box plugged into the M8/M9 outlet instead of just a regular outlet. I'm now able to move the machine and hopefully everything will start working. I'll let you know. Thanks again for the help, this is all real new to me.

    That's not a controller, that's a relay setup for the mill to run accessories.

    No wonder you're having issues, maybe take a picture of your whole setup so we can see what you actually do own?

    Glad to hear your up & running! Don't feel bad, I made the same mistake. I keep pictures and screen shots of the entire default set up in case I screw something up. It's pretty much become second nature now.

    I also keep screenshots of every screen as well as keep a copy of the whole Mach 3 folder on another drive just-in-case.

    Me too. Normally I would have tried them in different sockets as a logical way of trouble shooting. Oh well, at least everything is working fine. Now it's time to start learning, and there's a lot to learn!
