Here is some very important information.

Multicam at this time is not accepting any repairs, either for electronic i.e.; keypads, servo amps, control boards; Mechanical servo motors, spindles if your distributor was accepting them for repair. This is due to some changes in the organization namely they have been bought once again by another investment group.

Not sure when or if they will start accepting repairs again, I can only guess once the inventory and financials settle, they will start again. Until then your only choices seem to be to buy new or if they have refurbished on the shelves. Lets hope that this will end quickly.

They told me i needed to upgrade and the price was insane. I found a place on ebay that has a bunch of multicam controls and i had a local tech put it in for me. had some issues finding the right software to load it but all good now.
