    Help!!!!

Have a TOS Varnsdorf whq13 with TNC 426. Keep sporadically getting a flashing red screen ext. relay dc voltage error. This can happen during operation or while sitting overnight in E-stop. Can happen multiple times in a shift or it might go days without issue. Would not be a huge deal if the machine stopped. If the error occurs during operation, any and all axis just continue moving in whatever feed and direction they were moving at the time of error. Have replaced the power supply. Have also witnessed via an analog multimeter the the very quick loss of voltage at X44. Very quick dip to zero and bounces right back.

Next step is monitoring incoming power from the buss duct, but any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a momentary loss of control voltage, typically the 24V DC that powers external relays, contactors, interlocks, etc.
