    Help with Perfect Laser Pleade

    Hi I have just got a laser the model is Perfect Laser PEDK-4030.
    When i turn it on,it resets on X axis but stops and will not reset to Y.
    Would anyone have the same machine and be able to help please.

    You got any servo motor errors?

    Our company just bought a Perfect Laser (it arrived in January). I've had nothing but problems. It's 5 months later and mine still isn't going!
    Have you contacted them? I am in e-mail contact pretty much every day to try and fix ours.
