Im not sure where you are in Canada but if you are looking to buy Mastercam you would have to find your local reseller.
Here's a link to In-house Solutions, they deal with all of Canada for Mastercam, contact the company/person closest to you.

Whatever Exodus, just call In-house and they can set you up with a Demo disk. If you have any question on how to do something just ask. I have MCX2 and I feel this is the best release yet. There is also alot of training materials that you can purchase and the support is very good (at least where I live). You can also look on the Emastercam.com forum and ask questions. Just DONT ASK FOR A POST!! that really sets them off, you can ask for help with a post mod, they will help you do that.

Why would asking for a post set them off. I'm new to cam software but I have heard this more than once.

cause when you buy or install Mastercam it comes with a genric post for differnt machines. Haas, Fadal, Okk ....
The genric post usally has to be modifed to have the g-code produced the way you want it to be and /or machine funtions, custom macro's, custom drilling cycle, coolant, air, home positions ...
The reason why it sets them off is beacuse a lot of guys have a lot of hours put into thier post's and dont want to give it away for free.

But they will help you modify yours to get good code. You may not need any post help at all, I call my reseller first. I only have small issues most of the time and they help over the phone. the guys on the mastercam forum really know their stuff, if you need speeds and feeds they can help, need help with a part, they can do that also. Its hard to go wrong with Mastercam, the support you get, the larger customer base, the large amount of training materials avaliable.
