    help programming thread mill by hand on wt-150

    I work on nakamura wt-150 machines and do not have access to software.
    I need to be able to write thread milling programs on the floor using only a calculator. Does anyone have a sample with explanations to help me out learning how to do the math for this? We mostly use the xyz plane for our thread milling.
    Any info would be greatly appreciated!

    We have a couple of nakamura's and in the past I have had Methods Machine write a thread mill program for us.
