DIY router: My tool change position is Z2. During run when M6 is called tool moves to Z2. After tool change it should return to previous position. PROBLEM: Tool moves to Z~=1, DRO shows Z~=-14. Any ideas?

It is not consistent. All axis respond correctly when I run simple exercise code (+5' -5 loop). Not just with the tool change. Sometimes when jogging with a 1"increment, it will move only half the distance but the DRO says it moved about ten times that. Originally Posted by cncmakers001
